This includes successfully opening distribution channels and cultivating key accounts on a global scale. By overseeing the completion of more than 1,000 projects across the United States, Jason has demonstrated a hands-on approach to project management, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Recognized for his exceptional relationship-building skills, Jason excels in connecting with individuals at all levels. His ability to influence people and processes has consistently aligned with overarching business objectives, driving success in every endeavor.

Keymakers is inspired by the proven fact that traditional networking amongst sales and business development roles does yield incredible results – however, there is simply no forum that exists exclusively for c-suite executives and business owners that proactively implements extraordinary business development efforts. These business owners and c-suite roles will be connected through unique events across metro Phoenix where they will have the opportunity to cultivate purposeful executive connections.

Cassie Wells, CEO | Modern Business Development

With over ten years in the industry, Cassie used her experience as a Corporate Sales Manager for a leading national Audio-Visual integrator to uncover her deep-seated passion for project and connection hunting. Her commitment to serving loyal customers was unwavering, yet the instinct of pursuing new leads and discovering information about projects and companies always called to her.

Cassie gained invaluable insights into the essence of business while being immersed in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. She learned that true success in business isn't just about contracts and transactions; it's about fostering exceptional connections, nurturing authentic relationships, and maintaining deep respect for everyone you work with.

Driven by these insights and experiences, Cassie founded Modern Business Development (Modern BD) in 2022. Modern BD is not just a company; it's a solution to a gap she observed in the market. It caters to subcontractors who require expert Business Development services but may not be ready to make the financial leap for a full-time Director of BD. Having witnessed the hesitancy and concerns in hiring Business Development professionals — from the fear of investing heavily in onboarding to the uncertainty of a new hire's fit and retention —Modern BD was established to alleviate these fears and offer a flexible, effective solution.

Now, on her next business venture, Cassie has co-founded Keymakers- a members-only organization comprised of business owners and c-suite roles who are seeking purposeful executive connections.
